Hon. Kiogora DMK, MCA and Minority Whip- County Assembly of Meru
Inspired by the Tom Mboya Airlifts of the late 1950s and early 1960s as well as the Dr. Kilemi Mwiria Airlift, the Hon. Kiogora Dmk went on a quest to assist young Kenyans to acquire a piece of the American dream and career progression by co-founding the Kenya Airlift Program in 2018.
Through the program, more than 400 Kenyans are studying in North America. DMK founded the Airlift Sacco, whose main objective is financing the relocation process and catering for the financial needs of African Scholars.
Armed with 6 YEARS experience and The Airlift SACCO, DMK departed the KAP in October 2023 to establish a new outfit dubbed THE AFRICA AIRLIFT INITIATIVE to expand access to these opportunities to Nurses, Lawyers, Social workers among other academic programs for Africans across the continent.
